Designed for comfort and style, it features an open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and three sleek bedrooms and bathrooms—ideal for up to six guests. Stay on track with a private gym and fitness gear, or simply relax in the peaceful setting. Traveling with kids? A baby cot is available to keep things easy and comfortable for the whole family. The property is spread over two levels, but the main living area and bedrooms are all on the upper level with direct street access for easy entry. Head down 15 steps one way—or just 8 the other—to reach the ground floor, where you'll find a private pool, sun loungers, and a terrace set up for outdoor dining. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, a private hallway, and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. It includes bedside units with lamps, air-conditioning, and a Smart TV. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table with lamps, a mirror, a Smart TV, and air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 also offers twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table with lamps, a mirror, and a Smart TV. There are three bathrooms. The en suite to Bedroom 1 includes a walk-in rain shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror. Bedroom 2 also has an en suite with the same features: a walk-in rain shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror. The family bathroom, located next to Bedroom 3, is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror. Living / Dining Room The open-plan lounge is bright, spacious, and built for comfort. A large sofa and two armchairs are arranged around a 70-inch flat-screen TV with IPTV and high-speed WiFi—perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. The living area flows into additional lounging spaces with more plush seating, a table football game, and an extendable dining table that seats six. Wherever you relax, you’ll have panoramic views as your backdrop. Upstairs, the private gym includes an exercise bike and weights. A door leads to a staircase with 15 steps down to the terrace, where you’ll find a large outdoor dining area and BBQ. From there, five more steps take you up to the swimming pool. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a smooth self-catering stay. There’s plenty of space to cook, along with modern appliances including a four-ring induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A separate utility area with a washing machine adds extra convenience. Accommodation Exterior Step outside to your own private oasis. The heated pool (heated from November to April) invites you to take a dip, while the surrounding terrace and balcony offer plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or fire up the BBQ for outdoor meals. Seven steps with a handrail lead down to a fully enclosed, south-facing patio and terrace. The pool area is lined with artificial grass and includes sun loungers, a daybed, and a shaded pergola for cooling off in comfort. A large open space features a barbecue area with a dining table and six chairs set beneath a parasol—ideal for alfresco dining and laid-back evenings with friends or family. Pool Details The pool is rectangular, measuring approximately 8 meters by 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.7 meters. It’s heated electrically during the cooler months (November to April), uses standard water, and includes a cover for heat retention. Access is via a step ladder, and there’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Prices are based on up to six guests sharing. The villa is fully prepared for your arrival, with a departure clean included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is also provided. All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels are included, along with pool and beach towels for added convenience. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower for easy accessibility.
