Your yurt is part of a small two-yurt glamping site, featuring a shared outdoor gathering area between the Red and Green yurts. Guests from both yurts have access to the outdoor amenities, including two fire pits, Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining/picnic area and outdoor games. This shared setup creates a friendly, nature-focused atmosphere while each yurt remains your own private accommodation. Get ready for a wonderful adventure! Your yurt awaits you just a 15-minute hike up the mountain from the Tyroparc guest lodge. In summer, follow the marked trails through unspoiled nature—an easy and safe hike that lets you take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. In winter, strap on your snowshoes or skis and experience the magic of making your way through the snow. We strongly recommend travelling with a backpack and bringing only the essentials. Good to know

There are two yurts on the site: the Red Yurt and the Green Yurt. While your yurt itself is private, the main outdoor area is shared between guests of both yurts. This includes: ★ 2 fire pits ★ Adirondack chairs ★ Outdoor dining/picnic table ★ Outdoor games ★ General outdoor gathering area You may therefore see or interact with guests staying in the neighbouring yurt while using these facilities. We provide: ★ Firewood for the first night ★ Propane stove (propane included) ★ Wood-burning stove ★ Refrigerator and small freezer ★ Dishes, utensils and French press ★ Incinerating toilet ★ Board games and children's high chair ★ Solar-powered USB charging ★ No traditional electrical outlets You’ll need to bring: ★ Drinking water — approximately 20 L per night for 2 people ★ Soap and dishcloths ★ Additional firewood for stays longer than one night ★ Sleeping bag and pillow ★ Food and condiments ★ Headlamp and weather-appropriate clothing ★ USB charging cable Practical information: ★ Shared outdoor fire pits are not cleared of snow from November through April ★ Bring kindling, paper and a lighter if you plan to use the fire pits ★ No internet access inside the yurt; connection is available near reception ★ Snowshoes or skis are required to access the yurt in winter ★ A comprehensive virtual guide is provided before your stay 🎯 Looking for more adventure? Guest Access

Important: please arrive before 7:00 PM so you can safely make your way to your yurt while there is still daylight. The yurt is located approximately a 15-minute walk up the mountain from the Tyroparc visitor centre. Guests have private access to their reserved yurt and shared access to the outdoor common area used by both yurts. Shared outdoor amenities include: ★ 2 outdoor fire pits ★ Adirondack chairs ★ Outdoor dining/picnic table ★ Outdoor games and recreational space Please note that these amenities are not exclusive to one yurt and may also be used by guests staying in the neighbouring yurt. Summer: ★ Marked and safe trails from the Tyroparc reception chalet ★ Good hiking shoes are strongly recommended Winter: ★ Snowshoes or skis required ★ Our team clears the snow between stays, but additional snowfall may occur before your arrival ★ You may need to clear some snow from the solar panel and start the wood stove upon arrival Luggage and transportation: Travel light and use a backpack whenever possible. ⚠️ Avoid suitcases—you’ll be travelling along a mountain trail! A small cart is available in summer and a sled is available in winter, located in the shed next to the Tyroparc reception area. Our yurts offer an authentic glamping experience combining comfort, adventure and immersion in nature.

Pour les autres plateformes, un dépôt de sécurité peut être requis et sera remboursé dans un délai maximum de 7 jours après votre départ, sous réserve d’aucun dommage. 2. Responsabilité Vous séjournez à vos propres risques. Le propriétaire n’est pas responsable des accidents, blessures ou pertes survenus durant votre séjour. Les objets oubliés peuvent être retournés à vos frais. 3. Accès à la propriété En cas de besoin, le propriétaire ou un représentant peut accéder à la propriété avec un préavis raisonnable ou sans préavis en cas d’urgence. 4. Utilisation du SPA (si il y en a un) Nous faisons tout notre possible pour que le SPA soit prêt à votre arrivée. Si un changement d’eau a été nécessaire, un temps de chauffage peut être requis. Cela ne constitue pas un motif de réclamation. Prenez une douche avant usage et fermez le couvercle après utilisation. 5. Sécurité et surveillance Certaines propriétés sont équipées de caméras extérieures pointées uniquement sur les accès extérieurs afin d'éviter toute intrusion de votre intimité. 6. Règles de vie Respect du voisinage : Aucune nuisance sonore entre 22h et 9h. Nombre d’invités : Seul le nombre de personnes déclarées peuvent y séjourner. Accès et identification : L’invité principal doit présenter sur demande une pièce d’identité et la carte de crédit utilisée pour la réservation. Non-fumeur : Interdiction de fumer (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) à l’intérieur. Animaux : Acceptés dans certaines propriétés, sous conditions, avec accord préalable et frais possibles. Événements interdits : Fêtes et rassemblements non autorisés sans approbation écrite. Stationnement : Uniquement dans les zones désignées. Respect des lieux : Toute dégradation ou ménage excessif sera facturé. Problèmes durant le séjour : En cas de problème avec la propriété, vous devez nous en aviser immédiatement et nous donner accès à la propriété afin de nous permettre de constater et de résoudre le problème dans un délai raisonnable sans quoi ceci ne pourra servir de base pour justifier toute réclamation future correspondante. Responsibility You are staying at your own risk. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay. Forgotten items can be returned at your expense. 3. Property Access If necessary, the owner or a representative may access the property with reasonable notice or without notice in case of an emergency. 4. Use of the Hot Tub (if applicable) We do our best to ensure the hot tub is ready upon your arrival. If a water change was necessary, heating time may be required. This is not grounds for a complaint. Please shower before use and close the cover after each use. 5. Security and Surveillance Some properties are equipped with exterior cameras pointed only at the entrances only to respect your privacy. 6. House Rules Respect for Neighbors: No noise disturbances between 10 PM and 9 AM. Guest Limit: Only the number of declared guests may stay. Access & Identification: The main guest must provide an ID and the credit card used for booking upon request. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, vape, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets: Allowed in certain properties, under conditions, with prior approval and possible fees. No Events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted without written approval. Parking: Only in designated areas. Respect for the Property: Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged. Issues During Your Stay: If you encounter any issues, you must notify us immediately and allow access to the property so we can assess and resolve the problem within a reasonable time. Failure to do so will void any related future claims. Compliance with Rules: Following these rules ensures a great experience for everyone. In case of serious violations (e.g., noise disturbances, overcapacity, damages), we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund. 7.
