This magnificent chalet offers a balcony to relax on, a BBQ for great grills & a fire pit! It's air-conditioned for your comfort on those hot summer days. We’d be happy to welcome your furry friend! Pets are welcome upon prior approval, and an additional fee applies. Feel free to reach out with some details about your four-legged companion so we can confirm their stay. A virtual house guide gives you access to all the essential information about the property and the area. This property includes an optional damage waiver, which helps cover accidental damage for your peace of mind.

The Neighborhood

Located 15 minutes from St-Sauveur and Morin Heights. You will find all kinds of activities, restaurants, shops and art galleries, you will have a multitude of choices to chose from. At 10 minutes from the village of Sainte-Adèle where you will find a grocery store, bakery etc. The cottage is located in a wooded area overlooking the lake across the street, it is protected as a wetland. Note that the lake is not recognized as swimmable because it is too muddy on the shores and too much algae grows in the deeper areas. On the other hand, it’s very pleasant to contemplate because it is known for its plant, and aquatic fauna. You can go for a swim at Jean-Guy Caron municipal Beach at Lac Rond in Sainte-Adèle, just 10 minutes drive! Enjoying some hikes in summer or in winter at Mont Loup-Garou Park or by the Doncaster River. It Is one of the best places for hiking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing! Responsabilité Vous séjournez à vos propres risques. Le propriétaire n’est pas responsable des accidents, blessures ou pertes survenus durant votre séjour. Les objets oubliés peuvent être retournés à vos frais. 3. Accès à la propriété En cas de besoin, le propriétaire ou un représentant peut accéder à la propriété avec un préavis raisonnable ou sans préavis en cas d’urgence. 4. Utilisation du SPA (si il y en a un) Nous faisons tout notre possible pour que le SPA soit prêt à votre arrivée. Si un changement d’eau a été nécessaire, un temps de chauffage peut être requis. Cela ne constitue pas un motif de réclamation. Prenez une douche avant usage et fermez le couvercle après utilisation. 5. House Rules Respect for Neighbors: No noise disturbances between 10 PM and 9 AM. Guest Limit: Only the number of declared guests may stay. Access & Identification: The main guest must provide an ID and the credit card used for booking upon request. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, vape, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets: Allowed in certain properties, under conditions, with prior approval and possible fees. No Events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted without written approval.
