About the Home

My place is a 1 bedroom apartment with generous living space and neat kitchen. It's on the second floor with a sunny balcony and sun filled all day long. Conveniently located just a stroll to the beach, moments to 7-ways, transport, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a relaxed beach village lifestyle, footsteps to buzzing cafes, bakeries and bistros and level walk down to the sand and surf. Please be aware that the unit is on the 3rd level. 3 flight of stairs to climb. Please note that building works are currently taking place at 42 Blair Street. The works are being carried out on the external walkway leading to the main entrance of the building. Construction is scheduled between 7AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday. During these hours, you may experience some noise. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
