CHECK-IN TIME - from 3pm. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10am. - Please contact us if a late check-out is required. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RATE INCLUDES - Pool - Bed linen and bath towels - Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. - Amenities: Amenities are only restocked at the start of stay. - Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (coffee pods are not supplied) AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9pm to 7am. PARKING - There is a parking bay available. - There is some private parking near the apartment with good rates if you need more than one parking space.
