About the Home

The open-plan living and dining area is light-filled and inviting, with comfortable seating, a large TV, and space to relax or gather for meals. The dining table can be extended to accommodate additional guests, making it perfect for shared meals or entertaining. A breakfast bar in the kitchen also provides casual seating for morning coffee or quick bites. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample bench space, and all the essentials you’ll need for short or longer stays. Sleeping is well catered for with a stylish main bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, plus a second bedroom with sturdy bunk beds. Great for kids or additional guests. A sofa bed in the living area provides further flexibility when required. Please advise fi you need the sofa bed for your stay. The contemporary bathroom features a walk-in shower, quality fittings, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort year-round. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool within the complex, perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the city.

CHECK-IN TIME - from 3pm. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10am. - Please contact us if a late check-out is required. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RATE INCLUDES - Pool - Bed linen and bath towels - Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. - Amenities: Amenities are only restocked at the start of stay. - Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (coffee pods are not supplied) AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9pm to 7am. PARKING - There is a parking bay available. - There is private parking near the apartment with good rates if you need more than one parking space.
