About the Home

Set within the newly completed Malie residences, this luxury studio sleeps two guests in a bright, spacious layout made for easy, low-fuss stays. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a bar fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus a TV for relaxed evenings in. The large bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, and the apartment is climate-controlled with both air-conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Quality linen and towels are included, so all you need to bring is yourselves, just remember your own beach towels.

Good to know

This is a brand-new luxury building, so we ask guests to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. This apartment is located in a quiet residential building, and maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbours is extremely important. We ask all guests to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property.

Known for its long stretch of sand and consistently good breaks, it's a magnet for surfers, swimmers and anyone chasing that easy coastal lifestyle. The studio sits directly on Tweed Coast Road, the main strip, so your morning coffee, dinner out and everyday essentials are all right on your doorstep. Byron Bay's markets and nightlife are a 35-minute drive south, and Kingscliff and the southern Gold Coast are just minutes away.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire studio. The building is secure, with entry restricted to residents and guests, so you can settle in with total peace of mind. Onsite visitor parking is available, with additional street parking nearby. Please keep the fob with you during your stay, as you will need it to access the building and lift. Clear check-in and access instructions will be provided before arrival.

House Rules and Terms

Strictly NO PARTIES, NO SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS parties or events. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property. A quick note about your keys and access items: Please keep all keys, fobs, access cards, remotes and other access items safe during your stay and remember to return them at check-out. Any lost, damaged or unreturned items will need to be replaced at the guest’s expense, including any associated replacement, locksmith or reprogramming costs.
