House Rules and Terms

Noise must be kept to a dull roar after 10pm. Report any visitors or new guests to the Host. No Smoking anything in the House Smoking is only Allowed Outside Cigarettes butts must be disposed of safely and must never be left on the Ground for someone else to pick up. All Damage or issues must be reported to the Host Do Not Damage/Stain the Beddings and or Bathroom Towels Do Not Unplug or move the Smoke/Carbon monoxide Detectors No moving of Furniture from Room to Room. Furniture that is moved within the Room, must be put back the same way that you found it when you checked in. Always Clean up after yourselves Check out is at 11am. No Parties or Events or Gatherings
