• Respect the home and our neighbours. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., including in outdoor areas. • No parties, events or gatherings. Only registered guests may stay overnight; all visitors require prior Host approval. • No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoke outdoors only and safely dispose of all cigarette butts—never leave them on the ground. • Use the rear guest parking space. Overnight street parking may result in a ticket. • Immediately report all damage, stains or maintenance concerns. Do not use bedding or towels for makeup, spills or cleaning. • Never unplug, cover, move or tamper with smoke or carbon-monoxide detectors. • Do not move furniture between rooms. Return any repositioned furniture before checkout. • Leave the home reasonably tidy. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m.

• One house-trained dog or cat weighing up to 25 lbs is permitted with advance written approval. • The pet must be disclosed and added to the Airbnb reservation, and any applicable pet fee must be paid before check-in. • Pets must be well-behaved, kept off beds and furniture, and may not be left unattended without prior approval. • Guests must prevent excessive pet noise and promptly dispose of all pet waste. • Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or extraordinary cleaning beyond normal pet cleaning, subject to Airbnb’s terms. • Undisclosed or unapproved pets violate our house rules.
