It’s the perfect penthouse complete with private rooftop terrace for Roman outdoor living, and absolutely breathtaking views over Roman rooftops, domes, and the hill up the Spanish Steps, known in Rome as “Il Pincio." This elegant apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with two singles, sleeping up to 5 people, and making it perfect for families or friends. Luxury bedding caresses the dream. Two full bathrooms, with marble sinks and walk-in showers are immaculately new. Of course, it has Wifi and air-conditioning. There is a spotless, high-tech kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove an oven, a microwave, and coffee machines, in fact, all the amenities you might dream of having, including a washer/dryer. Add to this the spacious and gracious living area, TV with Netflix, a separate dining area, and the large panoramic terrace and you will have plenty of room for relaxing, socializing, or entertaining.
