Cabana | Stylish escape | Walk to beach & shops

Cabana is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any disturbance with loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance throughout the duration of the booking. A maximum of 2 mature dogs (hypoallergenic, non fleecing breeds only) weighing less than 25kg with prior host reviews are welcome at Cabana. No puppies, cats or other animals allowed. Pet rules include no pets on furniture or carpet, no pets left home alone, pets must be kept on a lead in common areas - the driveway in particular, all mess must be picked up and any additional pet dirt or damage will be charged. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. Under no circumstances is furniture to be moved from its original position. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. If you are staying on a Thursday night, please take outside bins to the end of the drive for collection on Friday morning. Red landfill rubbish is taken weekly and yellow recycling is taken fortnightly, check the street to see whether our neighbours are putting recycling out during your stay. Please then return the bins to the side of the house once they have been collected on Friday morning. Please be mindful not to use the bins belonging to neighbouring townhouses in the complex. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages and breakages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.
