The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure no loud noise and strictly no music after 9pm. This is a beautifully quiet area, please be very conscious and respectful of our elderly neighbours who will complain if noise disturbs them. This includes loud conversation outside at night. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens/bucks or other events or celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance throughout the duration of the booking. We cater for a maximum of 10 adults with the 4 bunk beds best suiting children. Groups with 10 or more adults must discuss any requests with us prior to booking or their booking may be cancelled. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and remove sand before entering. You are responsible for your own safety at all times at the property and whilst using any of the facilities provided. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. This property is equipped with a noise monitoring system called Minut. This system monitors noise decibel levels only without recording or listening and notifies you when the noise levels rise above he pre approved threshold during quiet hours. The device does not record sound, conversations, collect store or share data and does not have a camera.
