Each apartment features a bright open-plan living area with an equipped kitchen (no oven and compact refrigerator) and a comfortable lounge with smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Málaga. Apartment A offers two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds. Apartment B includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. With two full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, this combination offers space, flexibility, and a comfortable group experience in a central Málaga location. Alice Suites Málaga is located in El Perchel Sur, one of the city’s most authentic and lively residential neighborhoods, offering guests a true local experience while staying on a quiet street with no through traffic. El Perchel is one of Málaga’s oldest districts, historically known as a traditional fishing barrio. Its name comes from the “percheles”—wooden racks used by fishermen to dry their catch by the sea. Although the coastline has since evolved, the neighborhood still preserves its strong local identity, maritime roots, and vibrant community atmosphere. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find the iconic Mercado del Carmen, located next to the Church of El Carmen, home to the Virgen del Carmen, the revered protector of fishermen. The market is a daily hub of life in the area, where locals gather to enjoy fresh regional products, seafood, coffee spots, tapas bars, and casual dining—a must-visit to experience Málaga’s culinary culture. The apartment is located in a building with multiple tourist units and features a shared entrance, staircase, and elevator. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors. Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven. Parking in the area is limited and mostly paid (blue zone), so a car is not recommended. For security, cameras are installed in common areas (entrance and staircases only).
