A brand new, studio apartment right next to the large communal pool on this stunning new development 'The DeJablue', which boasts a fully equipped gym and Spa, an indoor heated pool as well as amazing sea and mountain views. There is also a poolside bar and guests can take advantage of the pools and on-site restaurant. Brand new high quality living space, equipped to the highest standard. Sleeps 2 in a queen bed. There is a big smart TV, with access to the large communal pool area with sunbeds, shady gazebos and pool bar. There is also a state of the gym and Spa with sauna and steam room and an indoor heated pool for the Winter months. This area of North Cyprus is very quiet. You can walk along the old coast road, swim from the many small coves in the area or walk straight up into the mountains . There are good bars and restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive and you can reach the main towns of Famagusta, Kyrenia and Lefkosa in approximately 40 mins in each direction here on the Turkish side. We can arrange this for you at an extra cost. • pets and Parties are NOT allowed • Reasonable utility allowance per apartment of 30Kwh per day for electricity and 0.5 tonnes per day for water. • Usage above this will be charged at 10TL per KwH. • Credit card details will need to be given on arrival or a cash deposit of 100GBP for this purpose. This deposit is taken in the form of a credit card imprint against damages and theft. Utility usage over the allowance will be taken via this deposit method. • Please note that there are insurance restrictions when bringing a hire car over the border from the Greek side. You need to buy extra insurance at the border, but the insurance offices are not open 24 hours. It is much safer bet to take a taxi from the airport and hire a car here on the Turkish side. • It is important that guest notify us of any items in the apartment that may have been damaged during their stay. Also upon departure we ask that guest collect all used/dirty laundry (towel and sheets) and put them in one place all together. Also all trash should be disposed of outside the apartment in the available trash bins. We do not expect guest to do a comprehensive clean upon departure. We do expect guest to leave the apartment in a relatively acceptable state. The apartment should be left as close to how it was when they arrived. The guests have to turn off all the electric devices including the ACs and put the key back in its place while leaving.
