The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, seamlessly flowing onto the expansive terrace. This open-plan space is perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying quality time together. The three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen-size and a single bed. The bungalow boasts two bathrooms. Outside, the large roof terrace is a true highlight. An outdoor kitchen and shower add to the luxurious feel, while a pergola provides shade over the dining area. Relax on the large corner sofa and chairs, and soak in the breathtaking sea views. Private parking is available beside the bungalow, and guests have access to a fully equipped gym, spa, indoor heated pool, and poolside bar, all located within the resort. This bungalow is situated in the Bahceli area with access to both the beach and mountains. This area of North Cyprus is very quiet. You can walk along the old coast road, swim from the many small coves in the area or walk straight up into the mountains . There are good bars and restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive and you can reach the main towns of Famagusta, Kyrenia and Lefkosa in approximately 40 mins in each direction here on the Turkish side. We can arrange this for you at an extra cost. Also please note that there are constructions in this area. Credit card details will need to be given on arrival or a cash deposit of 100GBP for this purpose. This deposit is taken in the form of a credit card imprint against damages and theft. Utility usage over the allowance will be taken via this deposit method. • Please note that there are insurance restrictions when bringing a hire car over the border from the Greek side. You need to buy extra insurance at the border, but the insurance offices are not open 24 hours. It is much safer bet to take a taxi from the airport and hire a car here on the Turkish side. • It is important that guest notify us of any items in the apartment that may have been damaged during their stay. Also upon departure we ask that guest collect all used/dirty laundry (towel and sheets) and put them in one place all together. Also all trash should be disposed of outside the apartment in the available trash bins. We do not expect guest to do a comprehensive clean upon departure. We do expect guest to leave the apartment in a relatively acceptable state. The apartment should be left as close to how it was when they arrived. The guests have to turn off all the electric devices including the ACs and put the key back in its place while leaving. We reserve the right to charge the extra usage of Electricity and water.
