The spacious countertop faces the kitchen providing a perfect place to serve seafood appetizers and tropical drinks. The fully furnished kitchen features a large oven range, a spacious fridge for groceries, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. For sleeping arrangements, take minimal steps just down the hallway to unwind for the night with ease. Guests have their choice of the built in bunk nook or a spacious King bedroom both sharing a full hallway bath. The full bathroom features a shower and a tub spacious vanities and counters. This amazing and private location is very close to popular beachfront restaurants, the Blue Mountain Creamery, golf courses and tennis and lots of family fun! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted. * Parking- 2 Designated Parking Spots. Please seek office assistance for additional parking in the area to avoid ticketing or fines. * Weddings/Events– Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations. * Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area.
