Located in majestic Blue Mountain Beach, View of Blue is a 4 story Florida Cottage that’s only a minute from getting your toes in the beautiful white sandy beaches. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fourth story watch tower offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as Redfish Lake. Outdoor Entertaining is a must on vacation and View of Blue delivers with its private pool, chef-style grilling station, and comfortable outdoor living space. Entering the 1st Floor of the home you will find a King Bedroom with a shared Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access. Laundry is located on the 1st Level as well. The 2nd Level you will find the spacious Living Room and Balcony Access, as well as a fully remodeled Kitchen and Dining Room. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms, one offering a Queen sleeping option and the other featuring two Twin Beds perfect for the kids. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The 3rd Level features a remarkable King Master Bedroom that offers a newly renovated, oversized walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom also has its very own private balcony access. View of Blue’s location is envious with its close proximity to the beach and ideal location near the hotspots of Gulf Place and Redfish Village. You’re always minutes away from local coffee shops, bistros, restaurants, art, and wine. Depth ranges from 3' - 4'6" POOL HEAT A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this. You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast.
