Situated directly across from the renowned Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, you'll have easy access to incredible wildlife experiences, including daily bird-feeding. Plus, beautiful Currumbin beach is just a short stroll away, along with local shops, boutique stores, and charming cafes—all within walking distance. Venture down the iconic Oceanway path along the beachfront up to Palm Beach or down to Tugun and Kirra – this central Southern Gold Coast location will allow you to explore other suburbs. Please note that the apartment is located up a short flight of stairs with no lift access, so it's best suited for guests who are comfortable with stairs. A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
