About the Home
Being situated right on the beach you are able to take in the wonderful ocean views from Waves and walk to the sand without having to cross roads. The beautiful complex has a pool area - fit for a family holiday. Unit 203 is positioned on the first floor (mid level) at the western end of the building. Internal features include 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite and bath, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The unit is air conditioned, self contained and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The security parking underneath the building is for 1 car. *Please note: There is no Wifi at this time. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
