Eclectic Party House - Concierge, Maid, and Chef

-Filming and/or photography for commercials or influencer use requires prior written approval. -Guests are not allowed to hang out in the parking area in front of the building or draw attention to the building in any way. We keep a low profile and enjoy our privacy within this large space. -Guests must obtain approval before holding any event, party, or having more than ten people in the house. Events have special rates for small events. We mostly try to plan cleaning around them so as not to affect our next guest, and we may require cleaning service during their stay to ensure the property can be properly cleaned for our next reservation. -If we have another guest leaving on the day of their arrival or departure, the maids will need time to clean. If we have another guest arriving on the day of their departure, the maids will start at 9 a.m., but it is okay to hang out in other areas of the property; Maids will start with the stairs first and then move up to the last rooms, or they can start with the bedrooms while you and your guests enjoy the common areas. There may be minor stains, scratches, or dents on the property. We keep everything clean, but occasionally with vacation rentals, damage occurs. We repair and replace items often. We do not accept instant bookings on holidays or special events without the first message to confirm price and availability. Guests should not climb walls/fences/barriers/etc., nor may they be on the roof or attempt to approach the edge of the roof. Please respect the barriers that are in place for your safety, as this is requested by the neighbors. When cooking, do not cut anything on any surface other than a cutting board. The kitchens have cutting boards, and there is also a board for the grill. Only confirmed guests are permitted on the property, additional people are $20 USD/person/day if arranged in advance and double that if unauthorized. Drones are not allowed to take off or land on the property. There are some strange laws, and that attracts unwanted attention.
