You will need to sign an agreement outside of AirBNB prior to arrival - no additional costs are involved. 4 people in house total max, if your reservation is for one person then three guests are fine, if it is for three people then only one guest. Must follow all HOA rules. Long term rentals (1 months or more) require application approval with good credit, 3x income, no evictions, and rental references. We do not currently accept instant bookings of long term rentals please message first. Building amenities are offered as a bonus and are not within our control, if any areas are closed for repair, have limited hours, or are otherwise unavailable to the community we are unable to provide compensation for the inconvenience. Electricity up to $150/month is included, as is water, internet, and some streaming services on the Smart TV. Any usage beyond $150/month of electricity will be sent via alteration request on AirBNB.
