These are beyond our control. ⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons. • Cleaning services Please note that cleaning service is not included. However, if you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. The service is available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD per cleaning and includes fresh linens. Just let us know whenever you need it — we’re here to help! •The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather. ⚠️IMPORTANT •Please keep the living room glass door closed at all times. Leaving it open while the AC system is running may cause condensation on the ceiling. Guests may be responsible for any repairs if this occurs. 🚫 External vendors are not allowed For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa. •Please note that the street leading to the property is not paved and may be affected by weather conditions from time to time.
