Region 15 is a peaceful, serene, remote jungle-feel area without actually being remote at all, leaving you just a short car ride away from the infamous beach road. Areas of Region 15 are currently undergoing major expansion, so construction and bumpy unpaved roads are not uncommon. Less than 10 minutes in the other direction takes you to La Veleta, a highly-sought after area of Tulum with many vibrant restaurants and cafes, and jungle-studded paths open to wander. Equally as close is Aldea Zama, offering access to the exclusive hub of residence inside. A few minutes further you will find yourself in Tulum centro, the heart of the action of this vibrant town. Vehicle rental is a suitable option, although we recommend renting scooters for a more flexible and exhilerating method of transportation around the area. It is very residential, so only surrounding nature can be found within walking distance. 🚫 No Parties / Noise Policy •Parties are strictly prohibited. •Small gatherings require prior approval. 🔇 No loud music after 11:00 PM. •Please respect neighbors, staff, and community rules. 🚔 Violations may result in a USD 500 fine, police involvement, or eviction. 💡 Energy Consumption •Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use. ❄️ A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste. ⚠️ Illegal Items •Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited. 🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law. 🌴 Unexpected Events •Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur. These are beyond our control. ⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons. 🚫 External vendors are not allowed For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa. •The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather. --> Please note that the property is located in a beautiful natural jungle area, and the access road is not fully paved. This is very common in Tulum and part of the destination’s charm, allowing the surrounding nature to remain preserved. We recommend driving slowly and enjoying the unique experience of arriving through the jungle
