For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability. * While we regularly treat for pests, occasional insects may appear due to the Florida climate. We will address any sightings promptly, but we do not offer refunds for this. Located in the peaceful Temple Crest area, this home offers a quiet, residential vibe while keeping you close to everything Tampa has to offer 🌴☀️. Please note there is a house on the property that other guests may be renting. ⚠️ Damage Waiver Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine 🐜 Pest Note We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
