The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Israeli residents will be charged an additional VAT of 18% on the total booking price. For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following: - Non-Israeli passport - B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport) - The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit. 2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this. 3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray. 4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind. 5.
