The second bedroom sleeps 4 guests in bunk bed setup with a twin over full + pull-out twin bed, ideal for children or extra guests. Includes AC, closet space, and curtains. Family Room The family room is located on the second floor. You must climb a spiral staircase that leads to this space and the rooftop terrace. A sectional sofa-bed and smart TV create a second lounge area or additional sleeping space, perfect for movie nights. There are no elevators. Guests must climb stairs in order to access the penthouse. Also, there's a spiral staircase that leads to the family room and rooftop terrace upstairs. Small children must be supervised at all times. IMPORTANT NOTICE Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as driver license or a state ID card.
