About the Home

￫Catering for big groups of up to 12 adults ￫Our 4 floor private house has 4 queen beds and 2 large sofa beds. ￫The basement is off-limits to guests, but you can enjoy two dedicated parking spots (hard to come by in the town) ￫Back yard which occasionally hosts a bunny rabbit guest or two. ￫Amazon, Netflix, Youtube and host of other apps are available on our HD TVs with super fast 5G internet throughout the house. ￫Enjoy TVs both in the living room and in two bedrooms. ￫Washer and dryer is available ￫Study / work desk in the loft office ￫Large sofa beds in the living room and in the loft office for an extra adult or two ￫Self check-in with keyless entry and redundancy plans so no need to worry about keys or checking in during the middle of the night. The Neighborhood

Recently renovated, like ours, the house next door is the oldest house in Bryn Mawr - about 300 years old. For those visiting Bryn Mawr Mainline Hospital, we are less than 100 yards from the hospital car park, which is separated from us by the renovated historic house. Straight across the street from us is the natural birth center. A playground with soft ground enclosed in cages and fences is a one-minute walk - next to a basketball court - turn right out of our car park and it is the next right. A Ferrari dealership is only a few minutes walk past the playground. Restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways, bars, shops, curiosity stores, luxury stores, dry cleaners, the center of town - all within a 2 to 5 minute walk through quiet pedestrian-friendly suburb streets around back of the property to Lancaster Avenue. Being from Dublin, Ireland, I have to recommend the Grog as a good Irish restaurant / sports bar, only a few minutes walk from the house to Lancaster Avenue. For Asian cuisine, Yanming is even closer - you can see it from the front of the house. For more refined dining and to really get the local, affluent Mainline feel, a stroll along Lancaster Avenue is a must. Small, old world shops abound. You can lose yourself in second hand luxury furniture stores, even across the road too like The Thrift Store. The surrounding properties are not approved for undergraduate student tenants, so our houses are quiet, but we are about 3/4 of a mile from Bryn Mawr College and a mile from both Haverford College and Villanova University.

Guest Access

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. You can access three floors of the house. The basement is locked, but you can access all of the exterior parts of the property. The back garden has a wooden deck, grass and plants that are maintained, and we now have two outdoor tables with 8 deck chairs for most of the year.

House Rules and Terms

- No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected. - We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident - No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected - Please remove shoes - Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am(50 decibels). - We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property - Must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. - Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaners schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming nights stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming nights stay. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion ★ SELF CHECK-IN: This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you are being provided with by Airbnb through the house manual and check-in guide. You can find your house manual and check-in guide by emails you receive after your reservation is confirmed. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host after receiving your house manual before reading your house manual. ★ Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.
