Noise & Quiet Hours To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, guests and visitors are required to keep noise levels to a minimum. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and should be observed particularly upon arrival and departure. Parties and Large Gatherings Parties, gatherings, and functions of any size are strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the reservation, and no refund will be issued. Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, vape, or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or on any communal property premises. A violation of this policy will lead to the immediate termination of the reservation (with no refund) and will incur a $300 remediation fee.
