From the ground-level master and fully equipped kitchen to the 3rd floor roof-top deck and seating area, your family has all the room you need to stretch out, relax and truly get away from your everyday life. There are smart TVs throughout the rental and the 3rd-floor loft area features two bunk beds and a huge couch with a 4th TV ready to host the perfect movie night! You’ll find comfy beds and modern furnishings in each of the 3 bedrooms, and will be just a short walk away from the incredible Shores Resort and Lagoon. **Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
