Sliding doors provide direct access from the kitchen to the deck. All the bedrooms are comfortably appointed, and each has split-unit air-conditioning. Best of all, this ideally located home is just a short walk to the beach! This home has strict good neighbor and noise policies, and no parties are allowed at any time. The private pool is available seasonally from June to mid-September. Please confirm eligibility prior to booking. -The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. -A check-in form and rental agreement may be required prior to arrival. Supplies -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.
