You’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, or hop on one of the provided bikes, hitch up the beach wagon, throw in the provided beach chairs, and head to the sand on two wheels. At home, start your day with coffee on the sunny backyard deck or opt for the enclosed front porch, where you can wave at passing neighbors. When you get hungry, step inside the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, to prep some breakfast. Grab a bite at the kitchen table, or step back outside and dine alfresco. Throughout the home, you’ll find beachy decor and fixtures, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and characterful touches like the clawfoot tub. After a day at the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower on the deck to rinse off the sand, then fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner. If you’d rather eat out, all the restaurants on Bay Walk are a quick walk away. At the end of the night, unwind while you stream the latest release, then choose from one of four well-appointed bedrooms when you get sleepy. Another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow - all that’s left to do is book. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guest accounts. Important Information -There is a minimum age requirement to book this property. Please confirm eligibility prior to booking. -The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. -A check-in form and rental agreement may be required prior to arrival. Supplies -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out. General Rules -Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times. -No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. -Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity. Check-In -Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. -Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability. -Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages. Check-Out -Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. -Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee. -Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
