You Must be 25 Years of Age or Older to Rent. This home, located in the heart of Crystal Beach, is pet-friendly with a $200 Non-refundable pet fee. The open-concept living room/ kitchen area is inviting and comfortable for families to spend time together. The large dining table accommodates 10 guests and is the perfect space for family meals, playing games, and puzzles. The bar area provides space for serving or preparing meals. Speaking of meals, you'll find this kitchen fully stocked with gadgets, pots, pans, and all the extras needed to make cooking a breeze! If you need to stay connected through your devices, Mellow Yellow has Wifi. Just enter the password information to interact with your social media outlets, and stream your favorite shows on the TV in the living room. All the TVs in the bedrooms use an antenna and have DVD players. There are also board games and cards for a night of family fun! The bedrooms are comfortable for a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have 2 queen beds in each room. In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. You will enjoy spending time outside on the deck watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverages. Downstairs, you will find lots of covered space for grilling on the charcoal grill, cleaning your "catch of the day" at the outdoor sink, while your little ones play. There is even a small fenced-in area for the pets to run safely. You are just a short walk away from getting "your toes" in the sandy shore. There is also direct access to the beach by vehicle or golf cart. After a fun day in the sun, rinse everything away but your memories in the enclosed shower downstairs. You and your guests will feel perfectly "mellow" after a stay at this vacation home! Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable) 2 laundry tabs (if applicable) 1 small dish liquid soap 1 dish sponge 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom Small bar of hand soap per bathroom 1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath 1 beauty bar per bath Small salt and pepper Small cooking oil There will also be a bath towel set for each guest Do not forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen!
