If there are more than 2 pets then guest must have host approval. -guests may not attempt to not pay the pet fee by having unapproved pets on the property - charcoal BBQ park grill located in the back of cabin, charcoal is not included, we ask that guests purchase self igniting charcoal, lighter fluid is highly flammable and a cabin hazard. - all pet feces must be picked up by guests - east Tennessee wildlife can be encounter at this property including but not limited to black bears, deer, wild turkey, birds, raccoons, etc. exercise caution and take proper safety precautions. - do not leave food or beverages in vehicles at the property, animals will attempt to enter the vehicle if food is present - do not attempt to operate wood fireplace in main level living room.
