Provide your government-issued ID to verify your booking. Collect your keys and any necessary information for your stay. After-Hours Collection: If you need to collect your keys outside of office hours, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. A $300 AUD bond and government-issued ID are required for after-hours collection. The latest key collection time for same-day bookings is 10 PM. Government-issued ID and a $300 AUD bond are required for access during this time. Building Access: Entry to the Building: Use your key fob to access the building entrance at 648 Lonsdale Street. Elevator to Apartment: Take the elevator to Level 66 and proceed to Apartment 6604. Additional Amenities: Facilities: Enjoy access to the building’s pool, gym, and lounge areas. These are located on Levels 6 and 7 and require the use of your fob for entry. Hours: Amenities are available from 6AM to 11 PM. Important Information: Check-In/Out Times: Check-In: From 3 PM onwards. Check-Out: Between 10 AM and 10:30 AM. Security & Safety: Please secure your apartment and belongings. We are pleased to welcome one well-trained pet per stay under the following conditions, designed to ensure comfort and cleanliness for every guest

A pet fee of A$85 per stay applies. Guests must obtain prior written approval before booking. Pets are not permitted on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms. Guests are fully responsible for cleaning up all pet waste (indoors and outdoors). An additional fee will apply if this is neglected. Pets must not be left unattended in the property for long periods. 🚫 No Parties & Noise Strictly no parties, events, or gatherings beyond the number of confirmed guests. Please respect neighbours. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund. 🚬 Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment or in building common areas. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected inside the apartment. 👥 Guests & Identification The number of guests must not exceed the booking total. Government-issued photo ID is required for all guests prior to check-in for security purposes. 🕙 Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM. A $50 per hour fee applies for any unauthorised late check-out, as it disrupts our housekeeping schedule. 📅 Minimum Stay & Long-Term Rates Standard minimum stay: 2–3 nights.
