The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals and includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. Coffee and tea are also provided to give you a warm welcome. For entertainment and comfort, the apartment offers a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed in the living area. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Re di Roma metro station, making it quick and easy to reach Rome’s main attractions. Important information for your stay: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:01 PM and 11:59 PM, a late check-in fee of €20.00 applies. For arrivals after 12:00 AM, a late check-in fee of €50.00 applies. Linens are included and prepared based on the number of guests: the double bed is ready for 1 or 2 people; both the double bed and the sofa bed are prepared for stays of 3 or 4 people. Any changes or requests for additional linens must be made in advance; in some cases, a small extra charge may apply.
