The modern and practical bathroom includes a shower, a washing machine for your convenience, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals and includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. Coffee and tea are also provided to give you a warm welcome. For entertainment and comfort, the apartment offers a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed in the living area. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Re di Roma metro station, making it quick and easy to reach Rome’s main attractions. The apartment is located at Via Ariosto 24, in the Esquilino district, a central and multicultural area of Rome. Within walking distance you’ll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and local shops. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, with the Colosseum and historic center nearby. Important information for your stay: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:01 PM and 11:59 PM, a late check-in fee of €20.00 applies. For arrivals after 12:00 AM, a late check-in fee of €50.00 applies. Bed linens are included and will be prepared according to the number of guests in your reservation. For stays of 1 or 2 guests, one double bed will be made and ready; for 3 or 4 guests, both double beds will be fully prepared, while for groups of 5 or 6 guests, both double beds and the sofa bed will be ready for your stay. Any changes or requests for additional linens must be communicated in advance; in some cases, a small extra fee may apply.
