Relax in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy two inviting fireplaces—one on the main level and one in the lower level. The living area is designed for comfort, making it easy to unwind after a day on the slopes or hiking trails. Come visit and experience Vermont’s charm! This home also features an amenity center clubhouse with pool and tennis court within the community. Sleeping Arrangements are as follows: Main Level Bedroom: Queen Bed Upstairs Bedroom #1: Queen Bed & Single Bed Upstairs Bedroom #2: 2x Double Beds Lower Level Bedroom #1: 3x Single Beds Lower Level Bedroom #2: Double Bed - Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. - Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement. -During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions. -Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss. -We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans. -Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
