With capacity for 17 people, the building is distributed as follows: Floor B (ground floor): - One bedroom with a queen size bed. - One bedroom with two single beds. - A living room with a large TV, dining table, storage space and a comfortable sofa. - Next to the living room, a dining area for 4 people. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, electric plates, microwave, cooking utensils. - A bathroom: shower, sink, closet, toilet. - A terrace with a table for two people, ideal for breakfast or to relax in the sun reading a book. - Washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. - A crib and a high chair available upon request.
