While The Irlo is a no smoking property anywhere on site, we kindly request smoking to be off property at least 50 feet from any of the units, common amenities and also any stairwells.

The Neighborhood

Located in a prime location surrounded by acres of woods and forests, yet walking distance to shops, dining with Old Town and it's charming shops and entertainment.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the elevators in the North building which connects to the East and West buildings with walkways. The Laundry Facility and gym are available for guests using their key card for access.
