- Check-in: begins at 4:00 PM - Checkout: 10AM - Self-check-in with keyless keypad on front door - A two-night minimum stay is required for reservations - Photo ID may be required at check-in - Must be 18+ years old to book. All guests must be listed on the reservation. - Maximum occupancy of 8 (including children & infants) - Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Any extra guests will result in a $100 charge per person per night. - Do not use the premises for any illegal activities - Absolutely No Pets allowed – $500 fine and evicted without a refund. - No Parties or Events – you will be evicted without refund - No Smoking - $500 fine - Any issue with the townhome must be reported within the first 24 hours of your stay to give us the opportunity to fix or address
