Surf Residences, located within the exclusive gated community of Punta Mita, offers a sophisticated beachfront lifestyle surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific coast. Set in front of the renowned La Lancha surf break, this low-density development features contemporary residences designed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, with spacious terraces and stunning ocean views. A $1,500 US Refundable Security deposit will be charged at check-in Cancellation policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity. Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property. After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. No eating in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes. No pets allowed.
