Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. 🌡️ Seasonal Cooling: Please note that the portable AC unit at Station 130 is seasonally installed and has been removed for the cooler months. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout fee is $20 per half-hour late. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🚂 Proximity to Downtown: We are VERY close to downtown in an up-and-coming area that is also right by the railroad tracks. You will hear the frequent trains passing through town and see transients in the area near the Salvation Army. Our home is safe, fully fenced, and ready for a great vacation! ✅ City Permit: Don't worry about our stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down.
