1. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes but is not limited to any gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy limit of the listing. 2. Only guests who are registered on the reservation are permitted on the property. If you wish to have additional guests, please obtain prior approval from the host and update your reservation accordingly. 3. Dogs are the only animals permitted on the property and require prior host approval. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. If you plan to bring a dog, you must obtain approval from the host and ensure that the number of dogs listed on your reservation matches the number of dogs staying at the property. Only approved dogs are allowed on the property and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. By bringing a dog to the property, you agree that your dog will not bark excessively when left alone, as this may disturb guests in the neighboring unit. You also accept responsibility for any damage caused by your dog, as well as any excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning. Undisclosed, unapproved, or prohibited pets, or any discrepancy between the number of dogs present and the number listed on the reservation, will result in a $250 pet fee per pet charged after check-in and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Pets are under no circumstances permitted on the pool deck or in the pool. 4. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and may also result in legal action. 5. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors during these hours and keep noise levels to a minimum. 6. For security and legal purposes, the host reserves the right to require guest identification upon arrival. Please cooperate with any such requests. 7. Subletting the property to others without the consent of the host is not allowed. 8. Engaging in illegal activities on the property is strictly prohibited. 9. No smoking. Smoking inside or on property will incur a $500 fee. The only place to smoke is OUTSIDE the building, 20 feet away from any building entrances.
