Living Room: Settle into the open living area for movie nights, conversation or a little downtime. Comfortable seating, a TV, air conditioning and reliable WiFi make it easy to switch into vacation mode. Dining Area: Share breakfast before heading to the parks or gather around the table for an easy dinner back at the townhouse. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features an American style island and plenty of space for preparing everyday meals, snacks and morning coffee. Patio: Step onto the small furnished patio for a change of scenery and views of the surrounding greenery. Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, private full bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: Two single beds, TV Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV Bathrooms: A shared full bathroom with a shower serves the upstairs bedrooms, while a half bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
