The Private Bedroom: Your private bedroom with a king single bed is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. For your convenience, there's a desk, a bedside table with a lamp and a closet with hangers for your wardrobe. The Shared Bathroom: We have 1.5 shared bathroom is designed with modern convenience in mind. It's equipped with a rejuvenating shower to start your day fresh or unwind after a long day of exploration. Essential amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and towels are provided for your comfort. The Shared Kitchen: Our well equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. It includes a stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster for your convenience. Cookware, utensils, pots, pans, and a dining table are provided, making it perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to hearty dinners, ensuring you feel right at home. The Shared Laundry: Our shared laundry facilities are equipped to meet all your clothing care needs during your stay. The washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent is available for your convenience, allowing you to easily keep your clothes clean throughout your visit. Additional Amenities: - Free NBN Wi-Fi is available throughout the guest house, keeping you connected during your stay. - To provide a more environmentally friendly experience, this facility does not include air conditioning. - Fans are provided during the summer time and heating blanket is provided during the winter time. - Regular cleaning of communal areas is conducted twice a week to ensure every customer a pleasant and tidy stay. - Luggage storage available for early or late check in/out. - Premises parking is not available, kindly check the street parking and be mindful to the parking sign instructions. - Responsive host is always willing to help you with your concerns. - Early check-in is available upon request; however, please note that it is subject to confirmation on the day of arrival by contacting the host. Early Check-in/Late Check-out Requests: - We are unable to determine the possibility of early check-in until the day of reservation. - If you do require early check-in, please message me to see availability instead of a making a reservation request/booking – we will try our best to accommodate you however it is not guaranteed. - All reservation early check-in or late check-out requests are accepted but NOT guaranteed as it is subject to availability on the day. Without the host’s direct written confirmation of check-in/out times; your reservation will follow normal check-in/out times. - Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. - Additional fees may incur to secure early check-in/ late check-out. - Alternatively, you may book an additional day ahead of your arrival to guarantee early check-in. *IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES - VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS* All facilities are communal. Please clean up after yourselves, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathrooms. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Please KEEP QUIET after 10 pm, no loud music, machinery, conversations or devices allowed. Please be respectful of others and only talk quietly after 10 pm. All lights out in common areas before midnight. Check-in is from 4 pm and Self check out is at 10 am. Thank you for your consideration. The purpose of these house rules is to ensure that all tenants of this building may enjoy a clean, safe and harmonious environment. 1. Kitchen – Wash your own dishes and keep the area clean, the cleaning fee is for cleaning your room after checkout not including your dishes. 2. Bathroom – Clean up after yourself and leave the area dry and clean for the next guest. 3. Fridge – Do not take food that is not yours, label your own food and remove after checkout. 4. Quiet Hours – No loud noise or conversations past 10PM – 8AM. 5. Rubbish – Throw rubbish away in the bin outside the house. 6. NO smoking on the premises at any given time, 7. No pets allowed. • Guests are required to provide access to their room in order for repairs to be done. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled. • The shared common area is to be kept free of rubbish, dirty dishes, bags, debris, etc. • Please turn off lights and check kitchen appliances are turned off when leaving the room. • For safety, please check that windows and doors are locked when you are leaving the property and don’t leave fire safety doors ajar. • If anything is broken or malfunctions, please notify the us as soon as practicable.
