The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bathroom for the Guest Bedroom is just across the bedroom door. Shared coin laundry available on every floor! The Condominium is perfectly situated! Game fishing enthusiasts will enjoy this 'Sport Fishing Capital of the World' and Divers/Snorkelers will be amazed by the underwater beauty of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the first undersea park in the US. Founders Park, just 5 minutes south, features a charming beach, walking trails and a great amphitheater. Make sure to check out the village of Islamorada website for events and concerts. Washers & Dryers are on each floor by the elevators. They are coin operated and you will need quarter, $2 each load. The onsite manager is able to provide change, Monday - Fridays.
