The house located in a heavily wooded area with bears, deer, and other local wildlife. You will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicle locked, as well as trash contained. Do not leave food in your vehicle. While all our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside.
