About the Home
This two story home balances shared spaces with room to spread out. Spend the day enjoying the lake view pool and game room downstairs, then head upstairs to six bedrooms, a TV room and workspace when it’s time to unwind. First Floor The open living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with an island, making meals and time together easy. The game room adds plenty of entertainment with a pool table, ping pong, foosball and card table. Step outside to the screened private pool and furnished patio overlooking the lake, a relaxing setting for swimming or enjoying time outdoors. A half bathroom is also located on this floor. Second Floor All six bedrooms are upstairs, along with a TV room with a sofa bed, laundry facilities and a dedicated workspace with reliable WiFi. Sleeping Setup Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV, ensuite bathroom Bedroom 4: Two single beds, Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 5 Bedroom 5: Full bottom and twin top bunk, TV, same Jack and Jill bathroom Bedroom 6: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower TV room: Sofa bed The Jack and Jill bathroom connects Bedrooms 4 and 5 and includes a sink, toilet and shower. Air conditioning, TVs, laundry facilities and driveway parking for up to three vehicles are also provided. Resort Amenities Beyond the home, Bella Vida Resort offers plenty of ways to relax and stay active. Enjoy the clubhouse with fitness center and lounge areas, a large resort pool and spa, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s playground, walking trails and picnic areas, all within a community with 24 hour gated security. After a day at the theme parks, come back to resort amenities, your private lake view pool and plenty of space to enjoy time together.

Pool & BBQ - Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50 USD/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. - A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play is available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. - A BBQ grill (propane not included) is also available for an additional fee. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
