House Rules and Terms

Guests must e-sign the TopHost Vacation Rentals property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us before booking. Bachelor/bachelorette parties not allowed. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them. The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others). Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked. No Parties No bachelor or bachelorette parties No smoking No illegal activity Only registered guests allowed Maximum 2 dogs and must have approval first By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $250 pet fee.
