Experience the perfect blend of comfort and luxury in a serene setting. Angora offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a luxurious king-size bed. The wrap-around porch is the ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. At night, unwind in the private hot tub, take in the beautiful Texas sunset, and enjoy incredible stargazing by the firepit. Hosted by Porch Light Hospitality, your stay promises to be memorable. Good to know

This property is not suitable for children/infants. This property is not pet friendly. We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country, you may have several encounters with the critters during your stay. - There is an active security camera at the gate entrance.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the Angora house, private hot tub and fire pit area. There is parking available outside your unit for up to 2 cars.

House Rules and Terms

NO SMOKING

- Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the premises. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $200 fine.

PET POLICY

- Violation of our no pet policy will result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). - Service Animals specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks are welcome. Disclosure of Service Animals is appreciated. -Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered Service Animals and are not permitted at this property. If you are looking for accommodations with an ESA, please ask us about our pet-friendly properties.

HOT TUB

- No bath bombs, oils, salts or bubbles of any kind inside the hot tub. Nothing should be added to the water. If the hot tub is found in any condition where these products were used during your stay, there will be an additional $200+ cleaning fine, depending on the condition of the hot tub.

PROPERTY DAMAGES

-We appreciate disclosure of damages caused to property being made to us at the time they occur. Reasonable repair or replacement costs based on the item(s) replacement value and/or labor and materials to repair will be assessed and charged to the guest.

QUIET HOURS

-Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM

-If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Hours

- 1st Offense, without Police being dispatched: Will result in a $250 fine - 2nd Offense and/or Police are dispatched: Will result in an immediate eviction with no refund + $250 fine
